Our VAD & EVAD Application

Here is our VAD and EVAD Online Application form. When applying you will need to be sure to select which application type you are completing at the top.

 

Also, you will need to provide the name of the real property owner(s) as listed on the deed, the parcel Id, and PIN. If there is a power of attorney in place for one or more of the property owners, please provide this information at the time of application. No applications will be approved without the approval of the landowner(s).

If you prefer not to submit our online form you can:

  • Request a fillable/printable PDF via email to wilkesswcd@gmail.com, or

  • Once the fillable/printable PDF is completed, you may print and submit it to our physical address or email it to us.

  • If you prefer a printed paper application, it may be picked up at our office or mailed to you by contacting our office

Our Conservation Agreements

The Conservation Agreements between the Landowner(s), the County, and the Wilkes Ag. Advisory Board will be prepared based on each approved applicant basis, such as an individual, multiple individuals, a corporation, or a limited liability corporation.

 

Our Wilkes County and Assistant County Attorneys are preparing each Conservation Agreement based on each applicant that has been approved by the Wilkes Ag. Advisory Board, and working diligently on these documents. Once we receive your Conservation Agreement for signing, you will be contacted via phone and a signing date, time, and location will be set with you pesonally.
