Here is our VAD and EVAD Online Application form. When applying you will need to be sure to select which application type you are completing at the top.
Also, you will need to provide the name of the real property owner(s) as listed on the deed, the parcel Id, and PIN. No applications will be approved without the approval of the landowner(s).

Our Conservation Agreements
The Conservation Agreements between the Landowner(s), the County, and the Wilkes Ag. Advisory Board will be prepared based on each approved applicant basis, such as an individual, multiple individuals, a corporation, or a limited liability corporation.
Our County and Assistant County Attorneys are diligently working on drafting and supplying a sample agreement for each agreement type. Once we are provided this information, these documents will be posted here for your review.
